Home Care Aide / Caregiver - Highland Park, MI

What You'll Do
As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide individualized care based on each client's needs. Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Assisting with mobility, walking, and safe transfers
Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
Escorting clients to appointments or community activities when assigned
Observing and reporting changes in client condition
Completing required care documentation
Scheduling Opportunities
We offer a variety of schedules to fit your lifestyle, including:
Full-time and part-time positions
Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
Weekend availability
Live-in assignments
Short-term and long-term client placements
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $14.00-$17.00 per hour
Couples care assignments may pay up to $22.50 per hour
Weekly pay with next-day pay options available
Flexible scheduling based on your availability
$150 referral bonus for caregiver and client referrals

Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who are:
At least 18 years of age
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
Strong communicators with a positive attitude
Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration
Able to pass a criminal background check
Willing to obtain a current TB test before client placement if one is not already available
Previous caregiving, home health, direct care, or personal care experience is welcomed but not required.
