- Master’s degree in Student Affairs, higher education administration or closely related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum one year experience developing, implementing and coordinating educational or other related programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends.
- Experience working with a diverse student population.
- Supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of personal computers and related software and its application to record keeping and orientation processes.
- Experience working in a university orientation office and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
