Job description:
Safie Specialty Foods is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain the facility, including building repairs and general upkeep.
- Keep accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
