We help active adults in Midland stay connected to the world around them, turning daily tasks into positive teamwork.
What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Community Adventures: You’ll be the "plus-one" for bowling, concerts, local festivals, and family functions.
- Active Skill Training: Help our clients master new skills and handle challenging activities with confidence.
- Creative Meal & House Care: Turn healthy cooking and home organizing into a collaborative, upbeat experience.
- Daily Support: Provide a helping hand with personal care (bathing, dressing, and hygiene) while keeping a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Positive Mindset: You see the glass half full and love to motivate others.
- A Team Player Heart: You’re flexible, dependable, and love working as part of a supportive crew.
- A Valid Driver’s License: You’ll need your own wheels to get to those community events (don’t worry, we reimburse your mileage!).

The Details:
- Shifts: We have 1st, 2nd, Respite, and Overnight shifts available.
- Schedule: You’ll work every other weekend—perfect for keeping a balanced life!
- Training: Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to provide on-the-job training for the right personality.
- Safety: A background check is required to keep our community safe.
