Ann Arbor's premier social club and events venue is seeking an experienced server who is capable of working Special Events, including weddings, university, and corporate functions, private parties, etc.
Part Time ~ About 13-20 hours per week. This is a year round position.
When scheduled as a banquet server for weddings: Report time is usually 3 pm. Shift ends at midnight. Weddings are held Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays but not every weekend has weddings all three days. It is not necessary to work every wedding and it is not necessary to work every weekend. Wedding banquet servers regularly perform many tasks requiring the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Hourly Pay + Tips
Strong full-service restaurant/banquet/hospitality experience required. Club experience as a server in a similar position is a plus. Must be highly motivated, customer service oriented, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
