Maintenance- Electrical/ Mechanical Trainee
Adient, a high-volume automotive supplier is looking for hard working individuals for our Battle Creek, MI plant. The Maintenance- Electrical/ Mechanical trainee will be responsible for learning the skill of Maintenance- Electrical/ Mechanical by engaging in direct supervised on the job training with a Supervisor, while also attending required classes for education to complete the Maintenance- Electrical/ Mechanical program.
Candidates must be willing to work overtime, have a solid attendance record, previous manufacturing experience, be willing to attend/ and pass classes as required, must have a high school diploma/ GED and must be able to stand for 12 hours. Candidates must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen, background check and will be required to complete a job skills assessment test.

Wage- $22.50/ hour, increases every 6 months
Shift Premium- $0.65
Medical Insurance- effective 91st day of employment
Dental Insurance- after 6 months of service
401K- available immediately, the Company matches $0.50 on the dollar up to 2.5%
