We're seeking a Professional Engineer (PE) to serve as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for highly customized modular steel systems and industrial HVAC equipment used in mission-critical applications. This is a unique opportunity to own projects from concept through fabrication while working directly with manufacturing, operations, and project teams.

Hybrid Work Schedule
We believe flexibility and collaboration can work together.
Onboarding Phase
- First 2 Months: Approximately 50% onsite (2 weeks per month)
- Focus on training, team integration, and process development
Transition Phase
- Month 3: Approximately 25% onsite (1 week per month)
Long-Term Schedule
- Typically only 3-5 onsite days per month
- Additional visits may be required for customer meetings, project milestones, inspections, or business needs
What You'll Do
As the Structural Engineer and Engineer of Record, you will:
- Design modular industrial buildings and structural steel systems
- Perform primary and secondary steel design, connection design, and anchorage calculations
- Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) with responsibility for structural integrity, safety, and code compliance
- Develop calculations, specifications, engineering reports, and project submittals
- Collaborate with manufacturing, project management, sales, and customer teams
- Review fabrication drawings and provide technical support during production
- Conduct factory inspections and verify conformance to engineering requirements
- Evaluate site conditions and foundation requirements
- Resolve technical questions throughout the project lifecycle
- Support proposal development and customer-facing engineering discussions
