Qualifications
- Construction, landscaping, farming, mechanical, or labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work overtime and travel locally when needed.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
