Qualifications
- Previous experience with water well systems, plumbing, mechanical repair, or a related field preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime or respond to emergency service calls as needed.
