Qualifications
- 1+ years of water well drilling experience required.
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
- Experience operating drilling rigs and heavy equipment.
- Mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of well construction standards and safety regulations
