No two days are the same. You will work both independently and as part of a crew in residential multi-family communites perfomring repairs, renovations, mainteanance, and unit turns, among other tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in drywall repairs, mud , tape, sand a must.
Self motivated , punctional, reliable
Valid drivers license
