We are seeking dedicated and experienced Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Teachers to support students in elementary and middle school classrooms. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive educational team.
Position Details:
Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations
Create a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment
Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, therapists, and families
Monitor and document student progress
Support students' academic, social, behavioral, and communication needs
Qualifications:
Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Special Education endorsement
Experience working in ASD classrooms required
Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Elementary and/or middle school experience preferred
