Day to Day
We are looking for a dynamic product marketer to help employers build their ideal teams by bringing compelling products, features, and go-to-market strategies to life. In this role, you will work across global Product, UX, Sales, market research, commercialization, Readiness, Training, and Marketing channel teams to identify market opportunities, shape product strategy, and drive post-conversion growth for assigned products. You will manage end-to-end ownership of complex work streams, from influencing trial conversion strategy and developing product positioning, messaging, and narratives to executing global launches and creating the collateral, training, readiness materials, and tooling needed to support adoption, retention, and revenue growth. This role will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to collect and apply customer feedback, develop ROI-focused and claims-based storytelling, operationalize strategies that measure and optimize revenue-generating activities, and architect renewal approaches that build long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate brings excellent strategic thinking, deep curiosity about the market and competitive landscape, the ability to translate insights into actionable go-to-market plans, and comfort working across partners at various altitudes throughout the company while using AI to enhance day-to-day product marketing execution. You are analytical with a capacity for developing and understanding strategy. You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, are comfortable with ambiguity and have a track record of using creative problem-solving to navigate change.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute scalable product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth across key customer segments.
Define clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that align product capabilities with customer needs.
Manage the planning and execution of integrated, full-funnel marketing programs to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to align on priorities, program execution, and business outcomes.
Leverage data, experimentation, and performance insights to measure impact and continuously optimize programs.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through segmentation, testing, and customer insights.
Communicate program performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership to inform future strategy.
Skills/Competencies
Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
Experience in global B2B marketing, preferably in growth marketing or a related strategic marketing role
Solid critical mindset with experience evaluating performance data and measuring marketing impact
Ability to synthesize market trends and customer insights to define clear growth priorities and shape effective go-to-market strategies.
Proven communicator with experience simplifying complex concepts, influencing executive partners, and creating messaging for external audiences.
Cross-functional collaborator with experience managing complex projects with multiple collaborators

Salary Range Transparency
Tier 1 - United States of America 110,000 - 164,000 USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 121,000 - 181,000 USD per year
Tier 3 - United States of America 133,000 - 199,000 USD per year
