Position: Maintenance Custodian
Job Status:
Part Time; Monday - Friday; 4 hours daily
This position does not work weekends or holidays
Pay Rate: $14.95 - $18.68
Duties:
Perform minor maintenance repairs and other duties relating to maintenance & housekeeping
Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, office, clinical areas, waiting areas, and lobbies in a clean, neat and sanitary manner
Provide transportation of supplies and line to and from clinics
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as assigned
Assist Maintenance Technicians
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with maintenance and repair preferred
