Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our facility. In this role, you will ensure all specifications are met by inspecting and conducting final quality checks on parts that come off the production line. You will use tools such as micrometers and calipers to perform spot checks and will be responsible for loading inspected parts for delivery. This position is crucial in maintaining our quality standards and requires shift flexibility.
Responsibilities
Conduct final inspections of parts for defects such as flash, scratches, dents, or chips.
Use micrometers and calipers to perform spot checks on the final product to ensure accuracy.
Inspect and load 25-30 parts per hour for delivery.
Coordinate with the hilo driver to ensure filled and labeled boxes are taken away promptly.
Work flexible shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, as required.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting as a Production or Machine Operator.
Strong job tenure with no terminations from previous positions.
Ability to maintain attendance with a maximum of 3 missed days in the first 90 days.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13/hr.
