First Shift | Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

How You Will Contribute
Operate lasers, press brakes, rollers, saws, belt sanders, and other fabrication equipment
Read work instructions and production schedules
Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
Safely utilize material handling equipment
Perform equipment changeovers as needed
Support continuous improvement efforts
Cross-train across multiple process areas
Follow all safety, quality, and production requirements
Criteria for Success
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and on a team
Commitment to safety and quality
Stable work history
Basic computer and math skills
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Basic math and computer proficiency
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand up to 10 hours per shift
Frequent bending, twisting, and movement
Ability to work in hot, cold, or noisy manufacturing environments
