Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Hardscape Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with the construction and installation of outdoor hardscape projects such as seawalls, retaining walls, patios, and other structural landscape features. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the trade and gaining hands-on experience in the field. Experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction of seawalls, retaining walls, patios, and other hardscape structures

Work with hand tools and power tools to complete projects efficiently and safely

Support team members with material handling, site preparation, and project completion

Follow project plans and directions from supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:

Basic construction skills preferred (ability to read a tape measure, operate various saws and grinders)

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Willingness to learn and work in an outdoor environment

Heavy equipment experience is helpful but not required

Valid driver's license required

CDL license is a plus but not required
