We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable person to join our team. If you enjoy researching information, keeping records organized, and making sure every detail is accurate, we'd love to hear from you.
We help businesses stay compliant with state and federal labor laws by providing required workplace labor law posters and compliance products. As part of our team, you'll help ensure our compliance materials remain accurate and up to date while supporting other departments as needed.
This is a part-time, in-person position at $17/per hr with a flexible, team-oriented work environment.
What You'll Do
As our Compliance Research & Administrative Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping us keep our labor law products current and accurate.
Responsibilities include:
- Researching state, federal, and local labor law updates using official government websites
- Reviewing labor law changes and updating compliance materials as needed
- Assisting with edits and revisions to labor law posters
- Organizing and maintaining digital files and records
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and documents
- Supporting the shipping and customer service teams with administrative tasks
- Helping improve processes that keep information organized and accurate

Qualifications
Applicants should be comfortable using:
- Gmail
- Google Docs
- Google Sheets
- Adobe Acrobat
- Asana (or similar task management software)
You should also be comfortable:
- Navigating state government websites
- Researching and verifying information
- Learning new computer programs
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
