We help businesses stay compliant with state and federal labor law by providing required workplace posters and compliance products. As part of our sales team, you'll work with business owners to help them find the products they need to stay up to date with changing labor laws.
This is a full-time, in-person position starting August 17th, 2026, with paid training, paid time off, and opportunities to grow. The hourly rate for this position is $16/hr plus commission.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your day connecting with customers by phone, answering questions, and helping them find the products and services that best meet their needs. Every conversation is an opportunity to provide excellent service while building strong customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to current customers
- Explaining products, services, and company updates
- Answering customer questions and reviewing account information
- Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and patience
- Meeting individual sales and performance goals
- Accurately documenting customer interactions

Qualifications
- At least one year of call center or customer service experience
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable attendance is required
