Candidates must have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and/or electrical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience working with production equipment, including motors, controls, hydraulics, or automated systems, is strongly preferred.
Candidates should have a stable work history and demonstrate the ability to work independently in identifying and resolving equipment issues. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, or manuals is required.
Must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates not currently located in the Traverse City area.
