Isabella County Medical Care Facility, a five-star rated skilled nursing facility, that is
home to up to 100 residents, is seeking a team-oriented RN Unit Coordinator with
leadership qualities. Minimum of three years of clinical experience and/or a combination
of clinical and previous managerial experience required. Long term care and/or dementia
care experience preferred. Willing to provide education and training to the right
individual. Must possess computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication,
and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with a calm and caring demeanor.
