Identifies, analyzes and manages project stakeholders, risks and opportunities and drives the core team members to do so using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China). Conducts weekly internal and monthly customer meetings, including managing suppliers for developing related parts using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China). Plans and coordinates work packages of core team members to fulfill time, cost and quality requirements in line with governance and guidelines using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China). Sets goals and objectives for team members and teams, responsible for planning, coordination and development of teams using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China). Provides regular project status reporting to management and to follow up on the economic indicators of the project as well as the business plan to ensure the profitability is defined for the project using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China). Manages quality processes for developing new projects, presenting compliance reports to the project/quality management committee using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China). Decides on plans and tests to be performed in the lab and factory to ensure product compliance as per DFMEA and PFMEA procedures using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China).
The education/research and experience requirements for this position are a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or foreign equivalent and three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager. In addition, using the knowledge of Customer Specifications STLA ex-PSA (Norm B211140); Methodology Quality Q3P (ex-PSA); LEONI Methods & Tools (Leoproject /Leoparts); and European OEM in BRIC’s (Brazil/Russia/China) is required to be able to perform the responsibilities of the position, as reflected below, and are common to the occupation.
