ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Reads job specifications and work instructions to determine work needed and material requirements.
- Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with fixture.
- Observes machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.
- Check parts to determine accuracy.
- Performs jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
- May drives industrial lift vehicle with lifting devices such as forklift, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials.
- Meets production requirements [including] cycle time on a daily basis.
- Can operate all work stations within the department.
- Verify quality issues shown on defective code list.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Fork Lift certification (If applicable).
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
