Job Description

Lead the design, development, timing, and production release of cold-end exhaust systems across active vehicle programs. Manage full product life-cycle from early concept and supplier sourcing through prototype builds, validation testing, engineering sign-off, and launch. Collaborate with Tier-1 suppliers to optimize designs and resolve engineering or quality concerns. Work with CAE teams and testing engineers to resolve interface issues. Perform DFMEA and DVP&R activities, drive quality, cost, weight, and efficiency improvements, and participate in vehicle-level validation and diagnostics. Utilize Siemens NX for 3D modeling; Teamcenter for data management; and CoDeP/VisMockup tools to support visualization, packaging studies, and documentation.

Additional Requirements

Requires US Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, or foreign equivalent degree.
