Advanced Provider - Full-time
(Ex. Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Certified Nurse Mid-Wife)

Duties:
? Provide direct care and education on pregnancy and family planning methods so clients can make an
informed decision.
? Engage with diverse populations, create nursing care plans, and advocate for high-risk populations.
? Provide services in the office setting and/or via tele-health.
? Serve in a manner that is culturally competent and non-judgmental with all clients, coworkers, peers,
and supervisors.
? Collaborate with supervision and/or Medical Director as needed to streamline and troubleshoot
services.
? Integrate with other programs and identify opportunities to expand services to create a safety net
? Ensure program fidelity to accreditation requirements and nursing standards of care.
? Complete and maintain accurate, adequate, and timely records in computer software products such as
Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records software, and similar products.
? Utilize effective communication and conflict resolution skills to serve clientele in a tactful, objective,
respectful manner while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance.
Requirements:
? One year of providing community health, pediatric, women’s health and/or family planning services
preferred, but not required. Appropriate advanced degrees and training to maintain licensure.
? Valid Michigan identification and reliable transportation.
Competitive Pay: $42.79/hr with commensurate based on experience.
