Location: Grand Blanc, MI
Pay Rate: $28/hour
Employment Type: Contingent (potential pathway to hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours between 6:00am-7:00pm; rotating Saturdays (approximately every 2-3 weeks) from 8:30am-12:00pm

What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
Verify patient identification and ensure proper documentation, including post-procedure confirmation
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in accordance with established protocols
Travel to multiple locations, including patient service centers and physician offices, as needed
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and creating a supportive patient experience
Uphold confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all patient information
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Keyboard/data entry proficiency
Ability to meet compliance requirements
