Job Title: Production Associate (Immediate interviews! $19.00-$20.50 hr.)
Job Description
The Production Associate supports multiple stages of the manufacturing process by operating and tending equipment, inspecting products for quality, and handling materials safely.
Essential Skills Needed
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train motivated candidates.
Ability to perform general labor and assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic machine operation skills or the ability to learn how to operate production equipment.
Ability to use or learn to use calipers (non-digital) accurately to take measurements and verify product specifications.
Strong attention to detail to identify defects, verify measurements, and ensure product quality.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
Reliability and strong attendance, with the ability to work 10-hour shifts and additional overtime as needed.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment at all times.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in production, general labor, assembly, or packaging environments would be beneficial but not required.
Openness to training and learning new tasks, processes, and equipment.
Ability to work different shifts, including first shift (approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) or second shift (approximately 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.), with flexibility for overtime.
Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
