Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, working a shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role involves assembling and installing small components at a desk, with the flexibility to sit or stand throughout the day. No previous experience is required, although those with 1-2 years of assembly experience will receive higher compensation. Training will be provided for all new hires who are reliable and eager to work.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install small components.
Perform quality inspections.
Work off assembly instructions.
Assist in other areas as needed.
Essential Skills
Ability to read a tape measure.
Not color blind, as the role involves assembling different color wires.
Independence and flexibility in work approach.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with hand tools and tape measures.
Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and mechanical/electrical assembly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudsonville, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
