As a Manager, you will drive enterprise strategy and transformation work that helps organizations solve complex business issues, define growth opportunities, and execute change at scale. This role supports client engagements from strategy development through implementation planning, with a focus on delivering structured analysis, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. The Strategy & Transformation Manager will work across senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to advance priority initiatives.

As a Manager on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
Leading workstreams that support enterprise strategy, business transformation, and growth-related initiatives
Structuring analyses, synthesizing findings, and developing recommendations for client and internal stakeholders
Managing project plans, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across cross-functional teams
Developing business cases, operating model recommendations, and implementation roadmaps
Coaching junior team members while supporting executive-level discussions, decision-making, and issue resolution

The team
The Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team helps organizations define strategic priorities, improve performance, and execute transformation initiatives. Teams work across growth strategy, operating model design, enterprise transformation, and implementation planning to help clients address complex business challenges and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, operating model design, or enterprise transformation
3+ years of experience managing project workstreams, project plans, and client deliverables
Experience developing business cases, operating model recommendations, and implementation roadmaps
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:
Master's degree in business administration, public policy, economics, finance, or a quantitative field
Experience managing teams of analysts and consultants on strategy or transformation engagements
Experience supporting executive workshops, steering committees, and client presentations
Experience in market assessment, financial analysis, and transformation program planning
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
