Frontline Mitigation is a growing restoration company serving West Michigan. We specialize in water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration and are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency water, fire, and mold mitigation calls
- Perform water extraction and structural drying
- Set up and monitor air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other restoration equipment
- Perform demolition and remove damaged building materials
- Take moisture readings and document drying progress
- Document jobs with photos and restoration software
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Deliver professional customer service
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of water damage mitigation /restoration experience required
- IICRC WRT certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and equipment setup
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to life 75+ pounds
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other confined spaces
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay and Benefits
- $18 -$22 per hour; based on experience

Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday- Friday
- Rotating on-call schedule for emergency services
- Overtime available
