Lott Builders LLC is a residential construction company located in Alma Michigan. We are a local business founded in 2001 and continue to be a trusted company specializing in custom-built homes, and all phases of residential construction.
We are currently looking for an experienced, hard working individul to join our team.
Must have 3 years minimum experience as a general laborer in residential construction.
Salary: Starts at $17/hr (based on experience)
Job duties:
The ideal candidate will be hard-working, able to follow instructions, and be physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Assist with construction, maintenance, or other projects
- Operate hand and power tools as required
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
- 3-year minimum residential construction experience required
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in all weather
- Must have your own transportation and be able to get to/from job sites (local area)
- Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow directions
- Self-motivated/Proactive
- Punctual and reliable
