What You’ll Do:

Operate machines safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals

Monitor parts and ensure they meet quality standards

Record production, downtime, and scrap accurately

Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment running smoothly

Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep operations on track

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Identify and report any quality issues or non-conforming parts
-
Assist with material handling using forklifts or pallet jacks (as needed)
What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow instructions and stay organized

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Team player with good communication skills

Willingness to work overtime when needed

Forklift experience is a plus
