Job Title: Commercial Electrician
Pay: $35/hr. and $120/day worked per diem

This role focuses on performing wall and overhead rough-ins and installing conduit on a large new distribution facility project. You will work primarily in lifts and at height, using your electrical rough-in experience to support an active construction site over a three-month contract, with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities
Perform wall rough-ins and overhead rough-ins in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Install conduit accurately and efficiently to support electrical systems throughout the facility.
Work safely and confidently in lifts and at heights while completing rough-in and conduit tasks.
Use personal tools, including a battery drill and battery reciprocating saw, to complete daily assignments.
Follow all site safety requirements, including wearing required personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety-toed boots, and a hard hat.
Use fall protection equipment such as a harness, lanyard, and beam strap when working at heights.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure work progresses smoothly and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.
Adhere to the project schedule, working from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, as required.
Essential Skills
Proven experience performing wall and overhead rough-ins on commercial or industrial construction projects.
Hands-on experience installing conduit in a construction environment.
Ability to work safely and effectively in lifts and at heights.
Competence using power tools, including a battery drill and battery reciprocating saw.
Strong understanding of basic construction site safety practices and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Reliability and willingness to work a full schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
Ability to follow directions, read and interpret instructions, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working on large-scale distribution or industrial facility projects.
Comfort working on a fast-paced job site with multiple trades present.
Willingness to travel to the job site; travelers from 75 miles or more away may be considered.
Flexibility to extend the contract or transition into a longer-term opportunity based on performance and project needs.
Work Environment
You will work on a new, large-scale distribution facility construction site with an active, fast-paced environment. The schedule runs from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and you will frequently work in lifts and at heights.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
