Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, while maintaining accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
Responsibilities
Receive, store, and distribute materials and products within the warehouse.
Generate and distribute warehouse pick tickets to support daily order fulfillment.
Process production picks and customer shipments accurately and efficiently.
Prepare packing slips, invoices, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other required shipping documentation.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments ensuring compliance with customer and carrier requirements.
Prepare documentation for international shipments, including customs and export paperwork.
Process Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) for production customers.
Schedule inbound and outbound freight with internal transportation resources and third-party carriers.
Email invoices, shipping confirmations, and supporting documentation to customers as required.
Receive inventory into the ERP system and ensure receiving transactions are completed accurately.
Scan, organize, and electronically maintain packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate shipping records and support inventory accuracy through timely system updates.
Assist the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor with daily operational activities and process improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and operational success.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of relevant experience working in a warehouse.
Good tenure with a minimum of 8 months at each place of employment.
Ability to lift bins up to 50lbs.
Ability to count parts accurately.
Experience with handheld scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
