Job Title: Machine Repair Maintenance Tech

Hours: Train on 1st shift --> work on 3rd shift
Job Type: Contract to Direct; full-time with potential for overtime
Pay Rate: $24-$27/hr
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Machine Repair Maintenance Tech for a well-established Manufacturing Facility in Goodrich, MI. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go direct based on job performance, attendance, attitude, etc. Training is on 1st shift for about 2-3 weeks, then the position will move to 3rd shift hours.
Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
