Load One, LLC is a leading expedited freight and logistics company, and we are growing our team in Taylor, MI. We are hiring for multiple Dispatcher and Account Specialist openings, with a variety of shifts available including nights, weekends, and some day shifts.
As a Dispatcher / Account Specialist, you will play a key role in coordinating freight, communicating with drivers and customers, and supporting daily operations. This is a fast paced environment that rewards attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer first mindset.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track freight shipments from pickup through delivery
Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Escalate service issues promptly and support problem resolution
Maintain compliance with company procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work nights and/or weekends as scheduled
Must be able to commute to our Taylor, MI office
Prior dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Pay range starts at $21.63 per hour and increases, based on experience and tenure
