Pay Rate: $28/hr
Employment Type: Contingent (with potential pathway to hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

This position plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results. As a floater, you'll bring flexibility and expertise to multiple sites, helping maintain continuity of care while delivering a high level of patient service and clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures
Verify patient information, ensure proper labeling, and obtain patient confirmation post-collection
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and quality standards
Travel between locations as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
Provide exceptional customer service while fostering trust and confidence with patients
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to travel between sites
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with multiple priorities
Keyboard/data entry experience preferred
Ability to meet compliance requirements
