WSC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our residents in a warm, family-like environment. Whether working one-on-one with clients or in our spacious group homes in Howell, MI, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping others live comfortably and independently.
Position Available:
- 2 Part-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (24 hours per week) -Home Care
- 2 Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (32-40 hours per week)- (In Howell, MI)- Group Home Facility & Apartment Program
- 2 Part-Time| 11:00pm- 7:00AM (24 hours per week)- (In Howell, MI)- Group Home and Home Care

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Support community engagement and outings
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare meals
- Collaborate with a caring and dedicated team
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (accommodations available)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- A passion for caregiving (experience is a plus, but not required)
