- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ of collegiate head/assistant baseball coaching experience.
- A demonstrated ability to recruit top Division I student-athletes.
- Experience with NCAA Division I Rules and Regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in fund raising efforts and events.
