??The Registered Nurse – Regional Traveler at Mary Free Bed are integral members of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering patient-centered rehabilitation care. RNs coordinate, direct, delegate, and provide care to multiple patients, fostering relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to enhance care quality. Compassionate, courteous care is delivered in accordance with departmental policies and service standards. Education is a cornerstone of rehabilitation nursing, empowering patients and families to achieve independence and adapt successfully for discharge to home.?
