Gunnisonville Meadows' main facility has 20 beds, while Gunnisonville Meadows East provides an even smaller six-bed setting for residents who prefer a more intimate environment.

assisting residents with activities of daily living, assisting with medication administration, providing companionship, and emotional support to residents, assisting with mobility and safety monitoring, monitoring and reporting changes and condition, light, housekeeping, and laundry.
