Job Description
We are currently seeking a Welder Repair Technician who is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and testing welder units using standard work procedures and equipment manuals/schematics.
Essential Duties
Troubleshooting welder units to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
Repairing and maintaining welder units using standard work procedures and equipment manuals/schematics
Testing repaired units to ensure they meet operational standards and safety regulations.
Identify and record problems relating to the product, process and/or quality system
Submit Purchase Orders for parts for rebuild.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
5+ years' experience in welding industry
Expertise in various welder brands, including Miller, Lincoln, OTC Daihen, and Fronius
Demonstrated ability to evaluate, repair, and test various types of welding equipment
