Looking for a Office Manager with a background in the Construction Industry.
Must be able to:
* answer phone/ return calls/ schedule appointment ( Use Google Calendar & Construction Software)
* Keep Files & Office Cleaned & Organized
* Familiar with Excel, Word, Google Calendar,
* Familiar with Ressio or (willing to learn)
* Must be able to advertise on Social Media including facebook, inst gram by uploading pictures creating post that are creative and visually eye catching)
* communicate daily with customers ( emails and phone calls)
* Order Material/set up next jobs to continue progress ( including permits, material ordering, scheduling deliveries etc. )
* Must have strong organizational skills
* Must be able to record receipts and keep up with bookkeeping
* Must be able to type and know construction language to perform quoting and assistance with making proposals and contracts daily
