This role will train primarily in Corewell Health East locations.
Job Summary
This role facilitates Workplace Violence Prevention courses to various clinical audiences to promote team member and patient safety. Works closely with the Manager and Lead Facilitator to ensure programs are consistent and satisfy the needs of our audiences. This role will also build strong relationships with participants, leaders, and other stakeholders.
Essential Functions
Collaborates with corporate initiative and HR stakeholders to implement programs and experiences at scale.
Collaborates with Learning colleagues to assess, recommend, plan, deploy and iterate subject matter and design elements.
Understands readiness targets and Corewell Health requirements to ensure all learning objectives are met and outcomes documented.
Assesses programs and processes for alignment with Corewell Health's strategic objectives.
Observes and raises continuous process improvements in program implementation and its impact.
Partners with other internal facilitators to deliver standard material to an audience through directive teaching methods.
Provides support to various levels of business leaders on program specific learning/leadership development strategy.
Receives direction from Learning Program - Lead and escalates non-routine questions to the people leader (of the Specialist).
Facilitates and leads training and learning courses as assigned, may cover a wide range of topics, skill building and competency.
Requires the ability to deliver weekly training sessions onsite at regional training locations throughout Michigan.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field
3 years of relevant experience Learner-centered and experiential facilitation or equivalent learning and development facilitation experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience education.
2 years of relevant experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate live or recorded training in an instructor led environment.
