Overview
Bay Area Concrete is a concrete construction company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We are looking to add Concrete Foremen and Concrete Laborers to our team.
We are searching for motivated individuals who want more than just a job. We want people who fit within our positive culture and are interested in making a career in the concrete industry and growing with our company.
Positions Available:
Concrete Laborers
Concrete Foremen
Pay:
Starting at $18 per hour for entry-level with no experience
Higher starting pay available for experienced workers
Opportunities for raises and advancement
Responsibilities:
Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Site preparation and job site cleanup
Operate basic construction tools and equipment
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Foreman will manage crews and oversee job site work
Qualifications:
Construction or concrete experience preferred (not required for laborers)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Valid driver's license required
Mandatory Requirements:
Current and Valid Drivers License
Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials
