Apartment Maintenance Technician – Adrian, MI
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the overall maintenance of apartment units within the building
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks
- Replace electrical switches, repair or change screens, and install knobs and hinges
- Complete additional maintenance duties as needed
- Support basic groundskeeping tasks when required
Requirements:
- Must have prior facilities maintenance experience
- Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing work
- Own a basic set of tools (onsite storage provided)
