Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting walk-in and online customers and asking questions to understand their needs, budget, and preferences
- Matching customers with vehicles that make sense for them and explaining features, mileage, and vehicle history clearly
- Setting up and attending test drives while keeping the experience safe and professional
- Working with the finance team to help customers understand basic financing options and what documents they need
- Following up with leads and past customers by phone, text, and email to encourage repeat business and referrals
