**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist for a fully remote position supporting insurance document processing for financial institution clients. • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)
• Remote, Full-Time
**Primary Job Responsibilities**
• Process insurance documents accurately and efficiently to ensure continuous homeowners insurance coverage
• Review insurance policies and determine the appropriate processing action based on policy type, including PUD, Townhome, Flood, Wind, and other coverage types
• Process premium payments through established escrow accounts to prevent coverage lapses
• Maintain productivity while meeting established quality and turnaround time standards
• Communicate professionally with insurance agents, carriers, and internal teams to verify policy information and resolve discrepancies
• Update records and document processing activities accurately
• Prioritize competing workloads while meeting client deadlines
• Escalate issues appropriately and provide timely status updates
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism while supporting client and homeowner needs
• Build positive working relationships with internal departments and contribute to team success
• Ensure smooth handoff of incoming and outgoing work while supporting operational efficiency
**Qualifications**
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Banking, mortgage servicing, financial services, or insurance industry experience preferred
• Experience processing insurance or mortgage-related documentation preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities preferred
• Experience working in production- and quality-driven environments preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
