Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Food Production Laborer to join their team. As a Food Production Laborer, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Food Production Laborer
Location: Dearborn Heights, MI
Pay Range: 16.00
Shift: 7AM-3:30PM or until finish
What's the Job?
Perform labor tasks within and around the plant to support production activities
Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Support team members to meet production goals efficiently
What's Needed?
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Basic physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
