What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and putting patients at ease
Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ years preferred)
Strong phlebotomy skills with confidence across diverse patient groups
Prior customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Solid data entry and keyboarding skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to support weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call needs as required
Ability to meet compliance requirements
